Frequently Asked Questions
How do I book a transfer?
You can book online through our Book Now page, by phone on 0141 401 0777, or by email at sales@minibustransfers.co.uk. We confirm bookings within 48 hours.
How much deposit do I need to pay?
We require a 20% deposit to confirm your booking. The remaining balance can be paid in cash to the driver on the outward journey.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor all flights in real time. If your flight is delayed, we will still arrange your transfer as booked and adjust pick-up times accordingly at no extra cost.
Are child seats available?
Yes, all types of child seats are available free of charge on request. Please let us know at the time of booking.
Do you cover all of Scotland?
Yes, we cover all areas of Scotland. From Glasgow and Edinburgh to the Highlands, Loch Ness, St Andrews, Inverness, and beyond.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations will incur a charge equal to the deposit paid (20% of the booking price). Cancellations within 2 weeks may incur additional charges. Please see our Terms & Conditions for full details.
Can you accommodate wheelchairs?
Yes, our Executive Accessible Minibus can accommodate up to 6 wheelchairs or 15 standard passengers, or a combination of both. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes, all prices quoted on our website include VAT. Ferry crossings and toll charges are additional costs where applicable.
